EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY

We strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us.

If at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can Exchange your Order within a period of 10 days and exchange it with other products of the same value.

We stick to what we say. All you have to do is to drop an email at ****within a period of 10 days, from the date of order or call us. Also, it is mandatory that the products, which have to be exchanged, should be in a saleable condition and comprise the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition. C'mon that's just fair! Isn't it?

Also, there is a chance of exchanging only a part of the order in case there are multiple ones in the order. Also, the complimentary gifts or products which came along with it should also be returned back to us.

You may Exchange a part of the Order, in case of multiple items in an order. Any product being Exchanged needs to be Exchanged in full including all components as well as any. However, if your purchase was made in the period of a special promotional offer, contests or any special scheme then special rules might apply for Exchanges.

NOTES: Exchange policy will not be implemented on customised items. Please clear all doubts over email or phone before ordering any customised products.

Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by Party Addiction Team.

Damages due to negligence, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Exchanges Policy.

Any product/s can be bought in exchange. The final price of exchanged products should be equal to or more than the price of returned items. You can buy any number of items in exchange provided the final price of exchanged products should be equal to or more than the price of returned items

Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the exchange value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
